An accomplished educationist with over 16 years of academic and administrative experience, Dr. K. Inthiyaz has been serving as the Head of the Department of Management at Sri Sai Institute of Technology and Science since June 2008.

He holds an MBA from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur (JNTUA) and successfully qualified the UGC-NET (Management) in 2012. He earned his Ph.D. in Management from JNTUA, Anantapur in 2024.

With a strong academic foundation and a deep passion for research and teaching, Dr. Inthiyaz has been a guiding force for students in developing their soft skills, managerial competencies, and recruitment readiness. His academic and professional journey reflects a commitment to nurturing future managers and entrepreneurs.

Dr. Inthiyaz has published 16 international and 4 national research papers, participated in 6 international conferences across India, and contributed a book chapter as well as an authored book. He has completed the NPTEL Domain Certification in Management, successfully undertaken 14 NPTEL courses, and earned the prestigious NPTEL Discipline Star recognition. He has also participated in 10 Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) on various contemporary topics conducted at reputed institutions.

• Placement Drives:Coordinating campus recruitment activities and acting as a liaison between students and employers.
• Alumni Engagement:Utilizing the alumni network to promote mentoring opportunities and expand job prospects for current students.
• Data Management:Maintaining comprehensive records of student placements, recruiter feedback, and performance analytics for continuous institutional improvement.
