Organized a one day Faculty Development Program on Challenges in Teaching& Ethics

In SSITS we have organized a one day Faculty Development Program on Challenges in Teaching& Ethics in Research in Technical Education on 30th January 2020. Professor Jinka Ranganayakulu, Asst.Professor, RV College of Engineering, Bengaluru and Professor Sanjeev Gurugopinath, PES University, Bangalore, India acted as resource persons to this FDP.

This FDP aims to analysis of Engineering education, changing the role of teachers, institutional strategies for engineering teachers and handling adolescent learners to be ready to challenge the academic challenges in 21st century. It is a tool for improving the educational vitality of our institutions through attention to the competencies needed by individual teachers and to the institutional policies required to promote academic excellence.

Objectives of the FDP:
