FDP aims to analysis of engineering education, changing the role of teachers, instructional strategies for engineering teachers and handling adolescent learners to be ready to challenge the academic challenges in the 21st Century.

Professor took premature retirement to pursue his personal agenda of inspiring students and young faculty, ignite their minds and involve them in career

building and cultivating to make a difference in life of students and young faculty. From Jan 1, 2015 to till date he delivered 400 + lectures, conducted 100+ FDPs and 100+ SSDPs at various universities / colleges without taking a single rupee. Professor made his mark as a forward thinking educationist with his exemplary work by incorporating contemporary methods of teaching. He is a strong believer in Citizen Social Responsibility. Trained 10,000+ faculty and addressed1,00,000+ students.
